TV Troubleshooting Tips:


  1. Check to be sure the power is on and connected.
  2. Make sure all cables are securely connected.
  3. Verify your television is set to the correct input (using original TV remote).
  4. Verify power to your ONT.
  5. Unplug the power from your TV box for one (1) minute.
  6. Plug back in and wait for box to reboot.
  7. If still having a problem unplug the power from your ONT for two (2) minutes. (This will cause a loss of services.)
  8. Plug the ONT back in and wait for the lights to come back on.
  9. Wait for your box to reboot.
